NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., that the Board of Directors for the TABERNASH MEADOWS WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT may fix or increase fees, rates, tolls, penalties, and/or charges for domestic water and/or sanitary sewer services.

Any such action will be considered at a meeting of the Board of Directors for the Tabernash Meadows Water and Sanitation District to be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
